Chief Executive Officer
Howard Ng
Mr. Ng has over 20 years of extensive experience in equity trading and asset management. He currently acts as CEO of Maxcess Capital Limited. He was previously employed by Nomura International as an executive director in equity trading, mainly managing relative value and long/short equity portfolios. He covered the Hong Kong, China A-shares, Taiwan, and South Korean markets primarily. He had also deployed similar investment strategies to manage portfolios for BNP Paribas and JP Morgan Chase. Furthermore, Mr. Ng has extension experience dealing with risk management and local regulator’s compliance requirements for license corporation. Mr. Ng graduated from Cornell University with a bachelor’s degree in economics in 1997 and a Master of Engineering degree in Financial Engineering in 1998.

Jason Hong
Mr.Hong has more than 22 years of experience in the financial field with extensive experience in the global capital market and private banking wealth management. He has developed product expertise in sovereign funds, retirement funds, and private equity venture capital funds, servicing high net worth and family offices clients. Before joining Maxcess Capital Limited, Mr.Hong was the Team Head of the Citi Private Bank Hong Kong Branch, managing ultra-high net worth individuals and institutional clients, family offices, and entrepreneurs from Greater China. Mr.Hong also served as an Executive Director of Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management in Hong Kong and as a UBS Global Asset Management and UBS Wealth Management Director for 12 years. Mr.Hong graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in the USA with a Master of Business Administration degree and the Fu Jen Catholic University in Taiwan with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

Mindy Hsu
Ms.Hsu has over 15 years of experience in asset management and alternative investment fields. From a Senior Analyst at JP Morgan Private Bank and subsequently Investment Manager at Edmond de Rothschild Group, she progressed to managerial positions as a Responsible Officer of BOA Global Asset Management Limited and Director of CNCB (HK) Capital, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CITIC Bank. She is currently Managing Director and Responsible Officer at Maxcess Capital Limited. Ms. Hsu graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in the USA with a Master of Business Administration degree and the National Chengchi University in Taiwan with a Bachelor of Science in Money and Banking.

Maggie Tsang
Ms. Tsang has 10 years of experience in corporate lending. She was previously employed with DBS Bank offering corporate loans with local conglomerates and listed companies in Hong Kong. Prior to her tenure with DBS, she was a relationship manager of the business banking division at Hang Seng Bank. Ms. Tsang received her CFA in 2016. She graduated from the University of Nottingham with MA in Finance and Investment.

Dr. Jeff Zhu
Dr. Zhu has more than 15 years of experience in the field of technology and financial investment. He has served as the manager of Jabil Electronics-Semiconductor Technology Company and the vice president of CL Investments in the United States. Prior to that, he was the vice president of the investment arm under China Minmetals Corp, the general manager of CITIC Securities’ PE fund company, and the general manager of Nanshan Holding’s independent financial company. From 2019 to 2021, he engaged in research at the Shenzhen International Graduate School of Tsinghua University with a focus on financial innovation, supervision, technology, management innovation, and industrial economy. Currently, he has a long-term relationship with the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University acting as an instructor for the Master of Finance program. He is also a part-time instructor for postgraduate students in the School of Economics and Management of Wuhan University, and a distinguished professor of the HEC Business School of Université de Liège.
Dr. Zhu holds a Bachelor's degree from UCLA and a Ph.D. degree from Stanford University, a Master's degree from Tsinghua University and a Ph.D. degree from Wuhan University, and a Master's degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
